SABS University Hosts Seminar on Guidelines to Overcome Insecurities Among Younger Generation

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint/Pakistan Point News – July 1, 2022): Jamshoro Shaheed Allah Buksh Soomro University of Art, Design and Heritage (SABS) on Friday held a one-day seminar on “Guidelines for overcome the insecurities within the younger generation”.
According to the university spokesperson, the lecture was delivered by the Managing Director of Matiari Sugar Mills, Dr. Junaid Akbar Shah.
Addressing the participants, Dr Junaid Akbar Shah said insecurity was a common feeling that most people experience at some point in their lives.
He said that lack of confidence, lack of confidence, uncertain future, appearance of awkward, hurtful or inappropriate remarks, incomprehensible jokes, job insecurity, image insecurity body, physical appearance, exam, poor job performance, incomplete tasks, health, food, and lack of emotional support were the main types of insecurities people experience in their lives.
Dr. Junaid said that a change in lifestyle technique, planning interventions, maintaining realistic expectations, looking for good and positive things, good sleep, physical health exercises and eating more healthy were some of the remedies that could help overcome insecurities.
He said research shows that everything taught in universities changes every five years, while skills and character are two major components for students to succeed in life.
Addressing the seminar lecture, SABS University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Bhai Khan Shar said that this lecture was organized to give young people an opportunity to ask questions about themselves.
He said insecurity is of many types and most young people could experience it, but overcoming it and achieving the desired goal is what matters.
Dr. Shar said excessive expectations were the main root cause of these insecurities.
The seminar lecture was moderated by SABS University faculty member Kashif Shahzad, attended by faculty, staff members and students who also enthusiastically participated in the interactive lecture session.
