PM Modi to address Cooperative Institutions Leaders Seminar in Gujarat today

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit Gujarat today May 28 and is due to address a seminar of leaders of various cooperative institutions on “Sahakar Se Samriddhi” (prosperity through cooperation) to be held in Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar around 04:00 PM.

According to the Prime Minister’s Office, in order to strengthen the cooperative movement in Gujarat, Prime Minister Modi will conduct a seminar on “Sahakar Se Samriddhi” which will be attended by leaders of various cooperative institutions. “Gujarat’s cooperative sector has been a model for the whole nation. There are more than 84,000 societies in the state in the cooperative sector. About 231 lakh members are associated with these societies,” read a statement from PMO press.

“In another step towards strengthening the cooperative movement in the state, the organization of a seminar of leaders of various cooperative institutions on ‘Sahakar Se Samriddhi’ will be held at Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar. Over 7,000 representatives from various State cooperative institutions will participate in the Seminar,” the statement continued.

PM Modi’s visit to Gujarat

Prime Minister Modi is set to arrive in his home state of Gujarat on May 28 and is expected to visit the new Matushri KDP Multi-Specialty Hospital at Atkot, Rajkot, after which the Prime Minister will deliver a public address there. . “At approximately 10:30 a.m., the Prime Minister will visit the new Matushri KDP Multi-Specialty Hospital in Atkot, Rajkot. This will be followed by his speech at a public ceremony at the venue,” the PMO said in a statement.

“The Matushri KDP Multi-Specialty Hospital, which is being visited by the Prime Minister, is managed by Shree Patel Seva Samaj. It will provide high-end medical equipment and provide world-class healthcare facilities to the people of the region. “, the state said.

After that, around 4:00 p.m., Prime Minister Modi will address the “Sahakar Se Samriddhi” seminar and after that, he will inaugurate the Nano-urea (liquid) plant built at Indian Farmers Fertilizer Cooperative Limite (IFFCO) in Kalol.

“In an effort to provide farmers with the means to increase their productivity and increase their incomes, the Prime Minister will also inaugurate the nano-urea (liquid) plant built at IFFCO, Kalol, at a cost of approximately Rs 175 crore The state-of-the-art nano fertilizer plant was established keeping in mind increasing crop yield through the use of nano urea The plant will produce around 1.5 lakh bottles of 500ml per day,” reads a PMO press release.
