MP Suzette Valladares (R-Santa Clarita) is set to host a virtual grant writing seminar next week, teaching attendees how to write grant applications and find funding opportunities.

California offers millions of dollars in grants each year to nonprofits, small businesses and local governments, according to Valladares. The webinar is just one of several events aimed at helping build the skills of these companies.

Valladares is also expected to be joined by Council member John Lee for the webinar scheduled for July 14 at 10 a.m.

“Receive a legislative update and learn from the experts how to write effective grant applications and find funding opportunities,” Valladares said.
